Train operator ‘one’ railway is providing its new employees at the busy London Liverpool Street station with a major training and development boost through the introduction of an innovative iPod based training system.

Following a six month trial, ‘one’ has agreed a deal with Australian-based company Voicemap, to help train new members of staff in ticketing, customer service and station operation matters.
